Do you accept Housing Choice Vouchers?
At this time, our property does not participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Do you have breed restrictions?
Yes, canine breed restrictions include by may not be limited to the following: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of those listed.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. You can get insurance through our partner, ePremium, or you can select your own third-party carrier. Just make sure you have $100,000 liability coverage and have us listed as an interested party; The Cove at Fairforest, PO Box 498067, Cincinnati, OH 45249.
Do you allow grills on the patio?
We only allow electric grills on the patios per City ordinance. However, if you wish to use a charcoal grill, we have two available for your use in our amenity area located near the Leasing Office / Pool.
Do you require a security deposit? If so, how much is it?
Our security deposits start at $300 and can go up to 1 months' rent depending upon credit screening and rental history screening.
What utilities am I responsible for?
You are required to set up your own electric account with Duke Energy prior to moving in. Water will be billed to you each month based upon consumption and paid with your rent along with trash and pest control.
Do you have a Fitness Center?
We do not have a Fitness Center, however we are located just 5 minutes from Crunch Fitness and 7 minutes from Planet Fitness.
